Appointment Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.

    • Cancellations made within the required notice period will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

    • For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, no refund of your deposit will be issued.

  • Business-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your desposit/full payment or reschedule the session at your convenience.

 
No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

 
Unsatisfactory Services

  • If you are not satisfied with your massage session, please let us know immediately.

  • Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

 
Prepaid Packages

  • For prepaid packages, refunds will only be issued for unused sessions. Used sessions will be deducted at the regular single-session rate before calculating the refund.

  • Refunds for packages may be subject to an administrative fee of [insert amount or percentage, if applicable].

 
Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift certificates are transferable to another individual with prior notice.
